Could have been much better

Tech did the bare minimum to get my dad set up with his remote. He in no way showed my dad how to program the remote himself and did not program all the features. He also set up the Logitech account using a fake email address so that my dad could not log in to make changes. As a result my dad had to call Logitech and have their customer service walk him through set up so he could get the channel up/down buttons to work. Total waste of money.

Outstanding wireless NC headphones

I did a ton of research on wireless noise cancelling headphones and these had just launched so there were not that many reviews out there, but user reviews were solid. I have been using these daily over the past three weeks, including 6 flights (2 coast to coast) and these headphones are exceptional. Wireless makes them easy to use while boarding. Sound quality is good, I am sure there are better sounding headphones, but the combo of wireless and noise cancelling make these tops.

If the lithium battery dies on you while you are at the Airport, is the battery quickly replaceable? Can you quickly swap out a spare battery when you need one in a hurry?
No, you have to plug in via USB or use the provided headphone cable (NC will not work without power). Battery life is excellent. I flew from Charleston to San Fran last week with two lay-overs (about 12 hours of travel) and still had 50% battery when I got to the hotel.

Is there a way to tell how much charge is left? I hate to recharge too early as this can diminish battery life over time.
Yes, upon power up the headphones alert you audibly to the level of battery left. Also, I am pretty sure with new battery technology the lifespan is not impacted if you recharge too early.
