No user manual provided with this speaker and none is available from support, they only provide a Quick Start Guide with the speaker,. I was able to obtain a User Manual for the IMW678 Speaker from support. Decals are provided, but no instruction on where to place them. I was disappointed when learning that no User Manual is available for such a good product. Performance wise it is outstanding. Exceptional long battery use before recharge. Plan on getting a second one in the future for Stereo Sound.

It has a (40) FORTY hour charge capacity. The speaker informs you of the amount of charge remaining and also when you are powering on and off by pressing a button with a choice of two voices. Easy to use pause button and Volume Controls. I use it with my iPod touch and I can also see the remaining charge on my iPod if I desire. Easy to move around. Great indoors and outdoors. Rugged, durable, lightweight. Definitely is the "I Go Anywhere Speaker". Great sound coming from such a small speaker.

my speaker is not working although the light is on. I just got it for x-mas and it was playing good
Try holding the Blue tooth button on the side and the O (Action Button on the top for 10 seconds. This should reset the processor. This can be done with the speaker on or off.
