I love this product!! Straight of the box, plug it in and turn it on to enjoy the ambiance of a beautiful mini fireplace!! Don't let the size full you, it's small but heats up large areas rather quickly! It's safe for pets and kids because the surfaces don't get hot!! The auto shut-off, should it overheat, and it hasn't yet, is a comforting safety feature! You also have the option of no heat, just the fireglow and it's like having a firepit inside your home, cabin, office, etc, minus any smoke!! Well worth the money folks!!
