I got this great gift from my wife, but the experience she had at the Best Buy store in Los Angeles, CA (Pico and Sawtelle) could have been better.
The salesman wanted to get a commission or upsale while my wife was paying for the camera, but when my wife needed help on the sales floor - he was chatting with a coworker.
Great item, but not getting the help when needed deserves 3 stars.
