There are studies that prove the Waterpik is the best sonic toothbrush on the market (based on plaque removal). Is there a portable ac that will work without venting through a window? I heard that there were some but I haven't seen any yet. Does anyone out there know of one and the brand name?

There must an exhaust for the heat, without one you would simply be burning energy... It would be like leaving a fridge door open to cool a room, since there is also a heat exchanger giving off heat the net temperature change would only rise due to the fact that nothing runs 100% efficient. Probably the best solution is to cut a hole in the ceiling, since hot air rises this would be the best way to expel the heat and allow your cooling unit to operate most efficiently (think of AC units on the roofs of buildings).
