Sadly I only had my ray for about 2 weeks.
I wore it on my ankle for majority of the time. This was my initial reason for the purchase. I thought having the option of wrist or ankle without getting additional accessories was a good deal.
Activity tracking was right on, sleep tracking was ok. It was a bit off on several nights.
The "alarm" or vibrate signal was very faint and difficult to feel unless you are sitting very still. No way would it have woken me up.
I lost the Ray when wearing it on my wrist. I did have it on snugly, but it must have popped off and with it being gray it was just impossible to spot in the grass/leaves. Since it does not make any noises I was unable to find it.
I would say it is good for activity tracking and nice that it fits on an woman's ankle but sleep track and secure band get low marks.
