I got this for my grandson and I had no idea it was so slow. It took forever to set up and readjust the display so it would fit on the screen. It works great for him to log home and do his homework at school because he's only seven years old. From my standpoint is just extremely slow but it does serve a purpose and does that very well.

After having unresolvable problems with my d-link router for several months I decided it was time to upgrade. Read several reviews and talk to salespeople and the Geek Squad, both recommended the Netgear. After installing and connecting everything life is pleasant again. My signal strength coverage is about twice as good as before and even have great coverage in the backyard. Great speed and after a month not one glitch, I would not hesitate suggesting this router to anyone. Also I mounted this upside down on the bottom side of my desk so I lost no space.

I think it's a mistake to call this a phone.A phone is just one of the many things this computer does. I am NOT a geek or an expert but everything I've experienced with this is excellent. The possibilities are endless on what you can do with this. If used properly it is a great time saver. The only downside that I can find is it doesn't have a removable battery. Thanks Samsung and keep up the great work.

The computer was a perfect fit for my granddaughter, the problem arose after 3 weeks of use. The charger quit & the people @ the store did not offer any help, just deal with Lenovo. After shopping here since you came to our area this is the first time a problem was not corrected quickly, especially in short period of time as this. My main reason for shopping here has always been great customer service. Price has not been a main factor. But if this is what it has come to then I might as well shop online & save money & toss years of great service out the window. I would rather support local businesses that create jobs & pay taxes to help local economy. I guess I just need to quit complaining & get used to the new business philosophy.

I purchased this originally for the screen resolution, but after using it for a month some of the things concerning me went away. I am a Samsung guy, Chromebook, Galaxy s4. I was looking at the Galaxy Tab3 7" because of the sd slot. Now it doesn't matter because thinking about real world use with the cloud I don't need a ton of memory plus a lot of apps can't be moved to the sd card. I have not had any of the problems some people were having at first. Plus I don't have to wait for a manufacturer to issue a new OS, get it instantly. Great battery life, fast, speakers are great for their size & the screen is fantastic.

Do you have to delete old router from your computer before hooking this up
Yes I did, but after that it was very simple and straightforward setting up the new router. Also I am 66 and not really considered tech savvy. So if I can do it anybody can I set it up.

How well can the screen be seen out side? Is it bright enough?
I like to work outside and know sometimes it's hard to see my tablet/phone screens. Anyone with an opinion on this?
When using it outside I have to turn the screen brightness all the way up. Not really a problem because after going outside I can turn it back down.
