purchased 4 Samsung appliances and still evaluating quality of products. Refrigerator ice maker froze up and had to manually defrost. Issue is built in demo mode that was inadvertently activated which resulted in compressor being turned off. Discovered label inside refrigerator that described the condition but was never told of the mode by sales rep. Other appliances seem to be in good working order.
