I loved it while it worked. The app was detailed and accurate. Originally, the biggest issue was the clasp. I ended up flipping it the opposite way because it kept coming undone. Then two months later, it quit syncing with the app entirely. I tried all the different reset options and nothing fixed it. Went out and purchased a Fitbit afterwards.

I wasn't sure if I should rate this 2 or 3 stars because I loved it while I had it. It worked great, the app was detailed and accurate. Originally, the biggest issue was the clasp. I ended up flipping it the opposite way because it kept coming undone. Then we get closer to having it for two months and the band quits tracking my sleep. Still fine, not the worst thing to quit working, I tried the soft reset and nothing fixed. A couple days later and the step counter quits on me. I tried multiple resets with nothing fixing it. There was no water damage, I didn't do anything extreme with it, it just stopped working. Before Jawbone support could get back in touch with me 4 days later, I had already gone out and purchased a Fitbit instead.

While these worked great while they lasted, one ear went out less than a month later and then the other ear started going out a week later. I was very gentle with these and only used them for work purposes. As I was looking for a new pair, I saw a man returning the more expensive version. He said he was on his 4th pair for the same reasons.
