In a previous rating I stated that if you can buy it at BestBuy, you should start there first. Prompt service, educated sales people, and their Geek Squad is the same quality. My upgrade was done on time, quick in and out.

It serves the purpose I bought it for. To do research, GPS, maps, etc. I didn't need high end graphics, or sound etc. It serves all the needs I have.
The service and knowledge of my sales associate at best buy was 5 star. He could answer all my questions, and was very efficient in processing my order. Anything you need that can be bought at Bestbuy, you really should save yourself time and start there first. Their people know their products, they don't read the box to you when you ask a question.
