It Works But I Needed To Troubleshoot

I needed to put a song to a video, cut the video to remove the beginning and end and mute the actual videos sound. It did that well but when I clicked "Finish movie" and finished it the resulting mp4 video was choppy like a drunk slow motion and had poor picture quality though the audio was fine. I remedied this by searching the internet for causes and finally found what setting I needed to change though I can't remember what it was now. If someone really needs to know, can't find it after they search for themselves, ask and I'll research it again. Once that was fixed I uploaded it to YouTube and I think it gave it a slight subtle chop every now and then. Also, don't bother with YouTube's image stabilizer, waste of time. I gave it for stars due highly to I paid almost nothing for it and in the end it worked. I hate having to troubleshoot something brand new.

Excellent product, if only it was solar

I love the keyboard so far after six weeks of use. I have probably written some 40 pages in Microsoft Word with it. I had looked into getting a wireless keyboard for some time and went to Staples to get one. I was going to get a wireless solar recharge keyboard but they were out and did not offer a raincheck. I went to the Best Buy next door and they had this backlit wireless so I finally caved in and popped for the extra. I'm bummed it was not available in solar recharge but that's really my only complaint. The only other small thing was the H key made a tiny little squeak for a little while there but it went away. I took the key off and couldn't find anything. It wasn't that annoying but I thought I'd mention it. It lights really bright but I keep it on the lowest setting because it's enough for me. I have only charged it once in this time but it wasn't dead when I charged it; it was just one bar down so I plugged it in. I really enjoy the clicks the keys make. This is actually important to me when keyboard shopping as I like a nice click when pressing the key. I have two other keyboards and one is from an '80's computer. I adapted it to my computer through two different adapters run in series. I did this because I like the clicks the keys make. Just giving you an idea on how serious I am about that so trust when I say the clicks on this Logitech are enjoyable.

Chances are if you've seen Clint Eastwood's westerns you're not reading this review because you don't need a review to know this is worth it. If you're interested in westerns, John Wayne and Clint Eastwood are going to be the actors you should be searching for. Magnificent 7, Silverado, Tombstone and Young Guns are the only westerns without the two worth watching. Everything without them I listed isn't a classic though but they're good besides mag 7 which is awesome.

My dad and I have watched Great Escape from TV to VHS to DVD for over a decade as a go to movie every couple months. I didn't think it would be any better on Blu Ray but the DVD copy was skipping and I got it as a gift from dad. The picture really does look better in Blu Ray in this instance and it was cool to see it in a new way. I don't believe that all old movies translate to Blu Ray so well but this one did. I haven't gotten to see the others in the set yet though I think Bullitt should have been in here before Sand Pebbles, which I was never a huge fan of. Probably going to buy another copy for when I wear these out. New movies just don't have McQueen's classic style.

I only mention this because I don't know what's going on with gaming systems anymore and like a fool I bought a couple PS3 games for it because they seemed interesting and weren't available for PS4, also they were cheap. As I was learning about my new system luckily I heard they were not compatible before I opened them. I didn't even realize GT5 wasn't the latest Gran Turismo, GT6 is. I returned this without anyone laughing at me.

I wanted to run picture from my computer onto my TV. The best way to do that naturally was a HDMI cable but my stock desktop did not have an output for this. I went to Best Buy looking for a graphics card upgrade because I knew these would have an HDMI output and a regular monitor output so I could continue to use my computer regularly along with the Samsung TV I have. I didn't know much about graphics cards besides that it would allow me to do this and the Best Buy associate that assisted me asked what I would be using it for and matched my needs to this card. It's the base model card, but for my needs it was enough. I appreciated the fact he didn't try to get me to more expensive model needlessly, and that's why I shop there. Anyway, with mild computer experience and a screwdriver it was easily installed in my computer. I read through the manual and changed some settings on it to my preferences but you can stay with the stock recommended ones if you choose. It has a straightforward installation CD as well and shouldn't be an issue for people with basic computer skills. The picture looks nice to me coupled with a 46" Samsung 1080p 240hz TV, and I believe it was reasonably priced at 60 some dollars I think, cost less than the premium 12' HDMI cable I used now that I think about it. I'm very happy with the end result.

Not Wirelessly
Can I connect it to the PC as if it were not wireless?
Yes you can. It even comes with a USB cable approximately 6 foot long to do so. Just as an FYI the battery lasts a long time so you probably wouldn't need to and if you got a wall plug in that you could plug your USB into you wouldn't have to worry about tying up the USB port on your computer.
