Wish it had better grip

The design is nice, especially to a Gears fan like myself. I went from using the Forza blue controller to this, though, and I wish that there was a rubberized grip similar to the forza controller. And, of course, all official Xbox one controllers are top notch is quality and charge/battery life.

This case does a decent job of protecting and feeling light and comfortable, which is nice if you have to put it in your pocket. However. I don't like the design that leaves openeings on both sides. It's basically for transporting and offers very little real protection.

As an admitted non-fan of these books and films, this review is NOT for the die-hard fans. Since the beginning, I've thought these films are unbelievable (in a bad way). The premise of some of these teen books is so ridiculous--having young adults and others fight to the death? The plot is dumb. Some of the dialogue is dumb. But I understand this stuff isn't "for me." For fans, I do think these films do a very good job of bringing the books to life, with some enjoyable action and performances.

After the prequels nightmare, us old-school fans were just hoping to not be disappointed again. Thankfully, TFA is a movie that properly fits with the original trilogy. I have the same problems with the movie as many have already voiced, such as Finn's "pop" or "trendy" attitude after being raised as a Stormtrooper his whole life, and the underuse of Phasma. However, the good so far outweighs the bad that it would be hard for a Star Wars fan not to enjoy this film. Personnaly, I came away a fan of Kylo Ren as a villain.

Wait for a sale on this. I don't know why Microsoft isn't manufacturing more controllers with the rubberized grips of the Forza blue controller. It's so superior hat it baffles me as to why they don't make it the standard style.
This is no different than the standard black. It is updated with the headphone jack, which is a must, but otherwise it has a deep blue hue that's ok but nothing special. Wait for a sale.
