ONE OF THE BEST THRASH BANDS LIVE AT DYNAMO

One of the best thrash bands ever at their first big show in Europe. Tight, fast, and awesome. Really good liner notes, informative and funny. As a live show recorded decades ago the sound could be better, but other than that IT IS WUNDERBAR!

This is a collection of Velvet Underground songs by lots of bands, some famous, most not, all good. And of course all the music is very good since all you have to do is do the song justice and you're set. My only real complaint is that you can literally hear the scratches and hisses of the records that were recorded to make this CD. In this day and age that's not cool. Either get the original masters or don't bother!

As a fellow Pittsburgher, I gotta give it up for these guys. They are a very unique bunch of people who make a very unique kind of music. You'd think the same song over and over might get boring, but not when every version is completely different from every other one like on this CD. If you like industrial music (for lack of a better term) I say check them out.

Hard to believe this band is still around, and still getting it done, but they are. Lead singer still beautiful, band still hardcore, and music still great. I do prefer my metal faster, but that would be my only complaint. Don't forget to pay attention to the lyrics, you'll learn stuff they don't teach in the classrooms, that's for sure!

These guys have been around for a while, but they sound like they just started thrashing yesterday or something. Some bands slow down, mature, whatever you want to call it, but not these guys. If you like your metal fast, check them out!
