Excellent Gaming Router

I have used several routers over the last several years from multiple manufacturers. This is one of the best I have trialed.
First, it's not bulky like many others, taking up a small amount of space on our shelf. I placed it in a centralized location on the first floor of our two story home. After set-up, I tested signal strength and speeds and was pleased to see that both were excellent throughout our 2300 square foot home.
Set-up went fairly smoothly. A quick start guide is included that walks you through a few simple steps. It has you create your own network name, password, and system password. I had to restart the set-up process once when my new network didn't broadcast.
I enjoyed the user interface that this router has. It's simple to understand and not complex like others. You can easily see which devices are connected to the network and prioritize any devices that are more important than others (gaming consoles and PCs). Personally, I will be lowering the priority on the iPads my kids use so that their frequent YouTube streaming does not interfere with more important activities.
The is a relatively affordable router with outstanding performance. The dual band feature is great for gaming. I recommend it to anyone that is looking to provide fast speeds over a wide area, and especially those that need to easily prioritize specific internet traffic.

High End Keyboard

I have always been a basic keyboard guy, opting for the budget option when shopping around. This was my first experience with a high end keyboard. It's certainly not designed for a guy like me, but I can see the appeal with the features it provides.
- It's a "futuristic" design that will draw eyeballs to it. I never thought a keyboard could double as a conversation piece!
- I loved the back-lighting that activates off of sensors when you are near. If the room is very dark, the back-lighting will adjust accordingly and be even brighter.
- The biggest talking point is the dial in the upper left hand corner, allowing you to program multiple functions for it (volume, brightness, and numerous other advanced options).
- I am used to keyboards with deeper presses, but I'm sure that I will get used to the shorter presses. The keys were still comfortable.

Portable power!

For the past couple of years I have been using a dustbuster for small cleaning jobs. It was woefully under-powered and had a short battery life. This Bissell was a much needed upgrade. Here are some of my takeaways after using it for the first 24 hours.
Pros:
-Battery life is displayed with up to 4 green bars that provide an easy way to know when you need to charge it.
-Battery life is great. It fully charged in less than 3 hours. I spent about 3 minutes vacuuming out my car and another few minutes cleaning up kid messes. I still have 3 of 4 bars remaining.
-Suction power was great for a battery powered unit. This is the first portable vacuum I have used that does a good job of cleaning the carpets in my car.
- Multiple attachments are included to serve most any cleaning need. I won't have to get a chair to stand on to vacuum my ceiling vents with this vacuum.

Excellent Scanner for Businesses - Windows Only

This is an excellent high speed, high quality scanner that is built for high volume. With that said, it is designed for Windows so if you use Macs, look elsewhere. Most businesses use Windows, however, so this shouldn't be a problem for many of you.
Things I liked:
High speed.
It has a nice and slim design that will fit at most any workstation.
It is also fairly light in weight.
It can scan numerous document types including business cards.
No need to re-insert double sided pages. Both sides get scanned in one pass.

With this being a new model, I would have hoped for USB 3.0 for faster data transfer speeds. But in most cases, 2.0 will get the job done without much/any impact to productivity. It's not like we are transferring video files here.
Overall, I would recommend this scanner for businesses that expect to have a heavy volume of scanning as the productivity savings will be immense. The 3 year warranty is icing on the cake for a product this expensive.

Great coffee, every time

This is my second Keurig machine and I have yet to be disappointed with them. This newer model allows for 4 different cup sizes (up to 12oz), has an option to provide a "strong brew" for those that like a stronger cup, and has a reservoir large enough to make 5 cups before refilling.
Performance was as you would expect from Keurig, producing a delicious cup of coffee at the right temperature every time. And it takes less than a minute to brew each cup. You can't beat that.
As a bonus, this model comes with 6 cups of coffee and cocoa to get you started. You can't go wrong with Keurig.

I've used printers from virtually every manufacturer but this was my first from HP. It was good overall but does have some flaws that kept me from giving it higher marks.
Pros:
-Prints high quality photos (see picture) and regular documents
-Scan/copy works well

-The printer comes with a few blank 4x6's. I loaded them in the printer and attempted to print a photo from the HP app on my phone. The app seemed to default to 5x7 and I could not figure out how to change this setting either in the app or on the printer itself. This resulted in my printed photo being off-center (see picture), although it was high quality in detail. I hope a future update to the printer/app will fix this.
-The touch screen interface on the printer was small, imprecise when making selections, and the layout is not intuitive

Excellent Mid-Range Sound System

This is the third soundbar system I have used, but the first made by LG. I have used a high end and low end system, price-wise, and this one falls in the middle for price, but on the high end for performance.
Set-up was easy, connecting HDMI cables to the input and output ports. You can also connect HDMI directly to your TV and run the included optical cable to your soundbar. The wireless subwoofer connects automatically. Set up was very simple overall and I was up and running in just a few minutes.
My observations:
-Sound quality was fantastic and fills the room well
-The display on the soundbar indicates what function you are using and what volume level you are at, but then it seamlessly disappears when not being toggled leaving a very clean look to the bar
-Despite the great sound, the bar is very thin and can easily be hidden within an entertainment center. Just make sure that the length of the soundbar is not too great for where you intend to put it (nearly 4 feet)
-The subwoofer is small and will not take up much space, but produces excellent bass
-The remote is small but fully functional

Excellent Gaming Headphones

This is the 3rd set of headphones I have used on my PC and XBOX and the first from Logitech. Their performance stood apart from my first two sets from the 7.1 surround sound to the overall audio quality.
Other things that I like about this set are the extras that come in the package (pictured). You receive a pouch for the cords and boom mic and a larger pouch for the headset itself, perfect for travel purposes. The cords are fabric, making them lightweight and very flexible. The headset itself is the lightest I have used to date, making it comfortable for long gaming sessions. The fabric covering the ears is breathable, keeping your ears from getting sweaty.
For this price point, you can't do any better than this set of headphones if you are a gamer.

Incredible Sound Quality

This was my first set of JBL headphones and I was very impressed. The sound quality met and surpassed that of other big name brands that i have used in the past. The clarity and detail of the music just blew me away.
Other things that I liked include a nice case that has a couple of cool features. The inside has a pattern displayed to show you how to position the headphones when putting them away, which is nice. There is also a strap that can be used to attach the case to a belt or belt loop. The headphones come with a USB charging cable and also an AUX cable for when the battery dies or you do not care to use the bluetooth. The battery life is rated at 25 hours which is far more than I could imagine needing. This is impressive.
My only dislike for this product is the button positioning for power, volume, etc. I couldn't get a feel for what buttons did what while they were on my head. I'm sure with more use I will adjust, but the button placement was not intuitive for me.
Overall, great cans. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a good high end set.

Decent for the price

I have several different pairs of headphones and these fall in the middle of the pack. At this price point, they are a decent deal based on my experience with them.
Audio quality was good, but not great. The earbuds felt secure in my ear and many alternate sizes are included. Battery life was also excellent as advertised (up to 12 hours). The travel case is nice and will come in handy when I use these away from home.
I am not a fan of the placement for the volume buttons. It hangs behind your ear in an awkward spot that feels weird when reaching for it.
These are good earbuds, but will not be for everyone (especially if you wear glasses). At this price point they are worth a shot though.

There is no Aux audio output jack. It does not connect via bluetooth. It connects to your home's Wi-Fi network the same way a chromecast device does. Having a chromecast is optional, as you can have audio come directly from the Home device, or have it played through a chromecast connected TV.
