If I would have known that I was going to lose my oem usb & auxiliary and my new cables would be in the glovebox, I wouldn't have bought it. Also the only way the CarPlay will work is with the glovebox open with a really short cable. The GPS sent me in the wrong direction compared to my Google Maps & it was wrong. You also can't play a dvd! What's the point?! My son tried to play a movie from the passenger seat and the only way it plays is if you are in park with the emergency brake on. Yeah that's going to happen. No apps either. It's also not user friendly. I wish I could have all my money back.

Can't use oem usb/aux & new ones are in glovebox!

I don't like the fact that I can't use my oem usb or aux connection & now the new connectors are in the glove box. The only way to hook them up to my phone to use the Car Play or charge my phone is have the glove box open--yeah right. I also forgot & left a cd in my old stereo & now it's stuck in it because the installer didn't eject it either. He says I'll have to make another appointment & it will be 45 more minutes just for the cd. This stinks! I wish I never bought the new stereo.
