I've purchased 2 of these from Best Buy. Both were shipped from their returns center. Obviously returned units. Called Best Buy to complain since they were both sold as new. Was told told to return them if I'm not happy. Absolutely lousy customer service.
What's great about it: You can use all the great features of Opma
What's not so great: BB
I would recommend this to a friend!
