Purchased this case for my wife the same day we purchased our iPhone 7s. I've always stood behind Otterbox and this one definitely lives up to their name. I purchased this in-store using the amazon price match feature. Since we've bought it the phone has survived MULTIPLE drop tests issued non-intentionally by my wife. So I can say it offers the protection you seek out of an Otterbox.

I absolutely love this case, hands down the most stylish and protective case I've ever put on my phone. I purchased the iphone 7 and went straight to Best Buy for a case. The reason I went with this case is because it was the cheapest one made by Jack Spade on Amazon (sold and shipped by) so I did the in-store price match. Very happy with the feel/looks/protection from this case.

Just do it at home

I purchased the installation for my screen protector in the store from Geek Squad and it was the worst experience I've ever handled with Best Buy. For one the employee was rude, and it took over an hour and half just do get 1 screen protector installed even remotely acceptable. I had to return the purchase of the install for my wifes phone because after 2 attempt they still did a terrible job leaving lint and hairs under the screen protector. The employee got outraged and pulled the screen protector off in front of my face and said "fine I'll give you a refund." Very immature and ill-trained employee.

I purchased this product in store with the price match from Amazon. I even purchased the Geek Squad installation. The product seems to work great for protection but because of the edges of the phone screen it doesn't sit flush against the screen. I would recommend doing the install yourself.

If I purchase this online, can I bring it into Best Buy store and have them put on for me
I can't speak about online purchases but when I purchased it in store they offered me the $8 Geek Squad instillation which I would not recommend anyway. But shouldn't be a problem if you still want to go that route.
