Battery discharges heavily even when computer is off. Geek Squad said it was because of the heavy use of graphics card. Went past two week return on same problem. HP support did adjustments remotely, worked a little but discharge still occurring. Unable to exchange. Now I have to loose three weeks of production by sending the computer to HP in Kentucky. Should have gone with Dell. I knew better. Dell will send someone to YOU during the warranty period. My pleas to HP service center fell on deaf ears. Next purchase will be a Dell. Moral of the story, SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS.
