Title says it all really. Haven't personally tested its waterproof-ness. I like the clip and go ability. Seems to sound pretty good but my GF has the old Jam that she got for 30$ and it only sounds a little better. Feels like a solid build but I hope not to test that observance. I definitely think it should be $15 to 20 cheaper though. I think if I had the money at the time I'd have gone with a more expensive and better sounding model that is only a little more expensive. I haven't actually turned the volume all the way up yet but it does get nice and loud without distorting (unless it's sitting on a hard surface). I'd honestly tell someone to save their money and get a better one.

Does the speaker have its cord to charge the unit?and does it work even without wifi?
It comes with a USB cable but no outlet adapter. You would have to use your phones wall/USB or a computer USB to plug it into. It works over Bluetooth and has a built in aux cable as well which is pretty cool.
