Cheech & Chong are smokin' in this their first cinematic outing. The jokes are well paced and the movie moves at a decent clip. This new disc carries over all previous extras and offers a new interview with the stars too! Definitely worth picking up.

This movie is a lot of fun. It moves fast, is incredibly gory and full of good humor. There's a lot to like here and I am really glad we have a new Hatchet movie. The thing is only 75 minutes long but will hold up well upon repeat viewings. Pick this up today!

Ugh. This movie starts off strong with a nice time bending plot that revisits the events of the original film. Somewhere along the way it goes way off the rails and totally falls apart. The 3D is pretty good, but the movie is terrible.

I've been a fan of the Ghost in the Shell anime for some time and was skeptical about the live action version. It turns out the movie is actually preety good. I found the 3D disc on sale and have no regrets about picking it up.

Transformers 5 is a pretty terrible movie. I found it on sale in 3D and will do my part to encourage the format to stick around. Not good but the 3D is nice.

Finally, a great transfer for this movie. Earlier release were too soft or too grainy and hidden behind mushy macroblockking. All of those problems have been corrected for this disc and the movie looks incredible!

The action in this film is pretty terrific, but the story spends equal time developing the characters. See Al Pacino disappear into a wall of manic glory. Check it out

I love Die Hard and even Die Hard 2... it;s a shame they didn't completely remaster these early titles in the collection, but honestly you can't complain too much now that they include the unrated cut of Die Hard 4.0
Though it didn't even make it through its inaugural season on NBC, this 1999-2000 cult hit helped launch the career of many a fine young actor. An ensemble comedy drama about a group of misfits growing up in the Detroit suburbs in the early '80s, Freaks and Geeks was the brainchild of executive producer Judd Apatow. With a writing staff that included indie-film mainstay Mike White, Apatow set out to chronicle those twin crossroads of adolescence: the move from junior high to high school, and the choice between stoner antics and goody two-shoes academics. To unite his two titular cliques into a single fictional framework, Apatow created the Weir family: Lindsay (Linda Cardellini), a brainy "mathlete" newly turned on to the thrill of rebellion; Sam (John Francis Daley), her hopelessly romantic pipsqueak brother; and their rock-solid if painfully earnest parents, Harold (Joe Flaherty) and Jean (Becky Ann Baker). James Franco, soon to find movie stardom in the Spider-Man flicks, portrayed freak king Daniel Desario, a charismatic slacker and the object of Lindsay's secret affections. Busy Philipps, a future Dawson's Creek star, played his volcanic girlfriend, Kim Kelly, while Seth Rogen and Jason Segel played beta-male losers Ken Miller and Nick Andopolis. As for the geeks, young Sam found himself joined at the hip by asthmatic Bill Haverchuck (Martin Starr) and dapper, if tiny, Neal Schweiber (Samm Levine). With storylines that bounced back and forth between both groups and broke down the mythic high-school hierarchy developed in the '80s oeuvre of John Hughes, Freaks and Geeks earned plenty of critical praise upon its inaugural run. This collector's edition set of the entire series contains outtakes, behind the scenes, and tons of bonus content.
