The software package works as expected, however with each new release the location of formatting options keeps changing. Give yourself adequate time to locate them before starting a project, or you will eat up most of your time trying to find.
The feature search function is a life saver when trying to locate the hidden / relocated setting and formatting options.

So far so good... A little buggy

Most of the issues we have had have been windows 10 software bugs. The unit itself is a great laptop replacement. The kids naturally love it.
We have had some issues with the pen not responding, simply restarting solved this. We have not had any issues with the pen since the latest MS. update.
There is a bug involving restarting the Surface while the type cover is folded back... When the cover is folded back it can take upwards of 15 minutes to perform a restart. if the cover is in the typing position or removed the system will restart in 30 seconds or less.
We have also experienced unresponsiveness of the type cover, the keys will not respond, but the mouse will. To fix this unplug the charging cord (if attached) then remove the type cover and reattach. This usually fixes the problem, otherwise a simple restart will correct.
The last thing.. more of an annoyance, really is with Cortana. When asked to perform location based queries such as "What is the weather like right now" she will perform a Bing search, rather than giving the responses as she is advertised. However when you perform a typed search with the exact same question she will respond appropriately.
Overall: Despite the software bugs, our experience has been enjoyable. OneNote is an amazing app, especially with the use of the surface pen.

This dryer is amazing! Cloths are dry in about half the time as our old dryer, energy usage is low.
The wrinkle care setting is a must, use it and you can throw your iron away... not that most of us have them these days...
The steam functions work very well, throw in a few wrinkled shirts and some slacks, 20 minutes later they are completely wrinkle free.
The turbo dry function is great too. Throw a wet pair of jeans in just before jumping in the shower, the jeans will be dry before you are.
Overall my family and i are really enjoying the build quality, functionality, and performance of this unit.

Until this purchase, my family only assumed that our cloths were clean. Now we know! The cloths feel cleaner and softer now that we are using this washer.
We have had no problems with this washer, just rememeber to clean the lint that collects at the door or you will experience a small drip, nothing significant, and common among all front loading washing machines.
These units are heavy, make sure you have help when positioning in your home.
Use even less soap than manufactures recommendations for best results. The pre-filled laundry tabs have way more than you need, so i recommend using a liquid detergent.

So far I've been very pleased with this purchase.. No regrets so far. The color and clarity rival that of my plasma! Everything looks great.
Tons of pre installed apps, intuitive interface. Plus android os! The initial setup took some time (a I long time) to perform software updates, but afterwards the TV interface is blazing fast.
After a little work I was able to sideload apps not currently in the play store further expanding the available features.
I was expecting the flick remote to be included but later found out that it is an optional accessory. Also the instructions for assembling the base could be a little more detailed.
I have not tested the 3d, so I have no comments on the quality.
Overall we are very happy with the purchase.

This robot will return automatically to recharge and empty the dust bin. It does not return when it runs out of water.
You didn't ask, but it will resume cleaning from where it left off once it recharges and empties the dustbin if it wasn't able to finish the task. I hope this helps.

This is not a deep carpet cleaner so it will leave your carpets wetter. I've used it to clean up a few small messes on carpet and noted that the carpet took about 15 minutes to dry. Note: these were very small areas and the spot was not set in.

Can you use this particular model on vinyl plank flooring? Is it safe On vinyl planks?
Yes. Very little moisture is left after cleaning that this should not be an issue.

It should handle your cad software without any problems. You can upgrade to 64gb ram but two slots are not easily accessed, so you will need to remove the back panel as well to access these slots.

Camera Zoom
Is the rear facing camera like the one Pro 3? The fixed focus on the pro 3 is absolute trash. Cannot take a close up of words. I will upgrade if that is fixed.
I have taken many photos with the rear camera, I think the images are excellent for a tablet style device. If you want professional quality images you really need to get a professional quality DSLR.
