Love that we didn't have to spend a whole lot of money to get my daughter what she needed for basic school work. Streaming video tutorials helps a lot when we're stuck as well! Speed is pretty quick, Also picked up a 128GB flash drive (mini SanDisk) to allow for additional space which is always appreciated when working on projects. I'm hoping she gets at least 3 years out of it before she determines if she wants to get into graphic design or video and needs something more powerful.

My Daughter LOVES this TV! I got it for the kids play room to have a nice TV for a real "Movie Theater" experience and was not dissapointed! We have family movie nights complete with pop corn, rasinets, soda, and good laughs... The 3D off of my Samsung 3D BluRay player is great with no image quality issues, but when I'm playing the copies I have made of the 3D content (so the disks don't end up getting scratched as I mentioned before think: "Kids Playroom" ) artifacts show up even at 1080p HSBS running through XBMC and Sterioscopic Player... So the 3D is a bit more straining on the eyes. All in all, the ability for them to watch Netflix, Hulu Plus, and listen to Pandora with the click of a button is awesome, with FiOS 3D enabled content it just opens up more viewing options for her, Not to mention after she's in bed, the parents can watch some pretty cool movies on it too!

What's great about it: for what you get, its CHEAP! 3D 1080p 240hz, all the inputs and internet connected!

Bought this to expand my DROBO PRO for a total of 26 TB, if this works out I may swap my 1tb drive that is in there for another one of these, the points I've gained from best buy rewards helped me only end up paying the tax on the hard drive, so no complaints so far, I just hope it out lasts the warranty.

What's great about it: it's CHEAP! easy to install (have to thank DROBO for that though) seems to work just fine, not DOA
What's not so great: the nerves I have for it being a desktop grade HD in a NAS, but 3 year warranty, should outlast that with the burn-in

Can this stream 3d movies?
Can non-3d Blu-Ray players stream 3d content to a 3d TV?
Short answer... No. You have to have a 3D capable player to watch the 3D content because of the encoding that the TV expects, sorry.
