We had a couple of computers that needed dual monitors, but their integrated graphic cards only had one video output. These new graphic cards were very simple to install, came with all necessary hardware including additional brackets, software CD and instructions. Could not have been easier or quicker to get up and running. I did not test any gaming on these cards.

Significant range increase

Our router is battling solid concrete walls to snake it's way through the house. This extender worked great and was very easy to setup as long as your router has a WPS button. The trick is finding the perfect middle ground outlet to plug it into so it receives a strong signal to repeat. The bedrooms were pulling 1-2 bars of service originally and now they pull 3-4, even with multiple devices connected.

So once I set this up and I click on Wifi on my phone to connect, I no longer choose the SSID name of the router and instead choose the SSID with the name RE6700_EXT ??
Yes that is correct SheltieMom. This extender will have a new network name. The same as yours was before but w/ "_EXT" at the end. If you use the disk included and connect to the internet you can rename the network to whatever you want. You can also change which network you are connected to based off where you are in the house, using the one that has the strongest signal.
