Went through 2 of these garbage units, both got returned. One kept cutting of at random times with different movies, and the other one had horizontal lines through it. Have a Samsung 4K HDR tv that works great, but this uhd bluray player has TONS of issues. Wait for Panasonic or the oppo players to be released. Would of gave it NO stars if it were possible. Save your money!

Resolving upside down image issue
whenever I try to set up the kit, the image is upside down on the television and it gives an error message stating that it cannot access the data and turns the tv off after about 20 seconds. i unplugged the tv before plugging in the kit and also did a UHD backup, as instructed. does anyone know how to fix this issue?
