I bought 3 of these to go with my new router. I liked the the cable length since the router sits behind my TV and 6' lengths or greater are unnecessary. At 3', the router can connect to the wall LAN port with ease, and also provide direct connects to my PlayStation and TV. Thin and flexible for a cat6 as well. Very pleased.

It's been a good router, no complaints!

It comes well packaged and presented. For the price tag I would expect this, but its a nice router. The online user interface is sublime. Connectivity over 5G was incredibly fast although my roommates complained of slow internet on the 2.4 network. I don't know if this is because the 2.4 network is throttled to 600 Mbps, while 5G can do up to 1200Mbps, or if it was just the walls blocking the signal. Regardless, most WiFi devices cannot exceed 550Mbps even with 802.11ac. So I cannot vouch for their complaints nor will I discount the product for variables I cannot prove, cause I only used 5G and it was great. Either way it never got resolved and I was forced to buy another router.

I purchased this for my mother as she has a tendency to set her laptop on a pillow, on her lap, which causes excessive heat buildup. The Targus resolved these issues and she has been quite happy with it. I gave it 4 stars due to the minimal air flow it provides, which seemed to work, but could easily be improved with increased fan speed.

Data transfer cable for windows 10
What are you asking? Any cable will work but usb3 will most likely the fastest your computer will accept. If you have apple, firewire is faster. Usb3.1 or usb-c would be even faster. If you really wanna nerd out, open up your PC case and direct connect to your motherboard with a sata cable, buy the necessary adapters for whatever external device you're using, and that device will most likely be your "bottleneck."
