Case fit like a glove, feels better than a naked iPad, leather smell is a benefit.
I do however use a more protective yet bulkier Logitech case when I travel.

Solid case, since it is more rugged I use the Logitech case for travel and an Apple case for everyday use.
Logitech case is not my everyday case as it does add bulk and weight to my iPad Air 2.
Although Logitech case is heavier than the Apple case it is still lighter than other cases such 3 layer protection cases.
