Can this headset work with a splitter cable?
Yes they can, the box does come with a USB adapter though. With that you don't need a splitter unless you prefer having it connect directly to your controller.

Can I use this headset for ps4 and pc/laptop?
Yes you can, 7.1 doesn't work on the PS4 only in stereo mode.

Are they able to work with the Ps4?
If they are able to work with the Ps4 do i need any type of adapter or anything like that?
They do work perfectly with the PS4. You need a headphone splitter to get it to work. Once you connect it you will be able to hear and talk perfectly with your friends on your PS4.

It's Stereo, it has no Surround sound.
