The guys were very professional and nice. We actually had a dent in the first refrigerator that we got and then in 2 days we were able to get a new one; with out any dents :-). They guys were so so nice and accommodating. Definitely would by from Best Buy again.

Originally we were trying to get a different microwave; and this was the one we ended up with because the one we wanted was not in stock. The manager offered this higher end microwave, with a great price cut, and we negotiated and bought; I'm glad our original LG lower end was not in stock. This higher end microwave is FANTASTIC. We love it because it has so many options; and you can even push the bottom section, it expands, and then the exhaust will cover our entire stove when cooking. Great feature. Definitely buy this one!!

Love this refrigerator because of the quality, the room inside (i.e., drawers), and how you can knock twice on the glass, see what is inside, and just open the door (option of 3 ways to open) and save on energy. Would highly recommend.
