deplorable customer service

Called geek squad to schedule service for home theater set up. Never received a call back to schedule. Difficulty finding me in "their system". However, they did charge my credit card for geek squad service call right away. They are good at that. Then, when I declined the service due to lack thereof, they couldn't/wouldn't refund the charge. I gave up after wasting about 40 minutes of my time on the phone and called my credit card company to deny the charges. They were able to provide GREAT service and had the credit put back on my card within minutes. Maybe Best Buy should look into training there customer service reps at a credit card company. Just a thought.
