Everything you love about Office. Hopefully without bugs. I went for buying Office outright instead of buying the annual subscription because long term, it saves some $$.
I don't like the fact that it tries to steer you towards Cloud storage online, since that might be less secure, but thankfully its an option, not a requirement, at least.

Antiviruses are tricky things to judge. If some malware slipped into your computer, you may not know about it, or may only notice it some time later when things start to slow down. That being said, Webroot was incredibly quick and easy to set up, and I haven't seen any signs so far of infection. Only difference I noticed between this and my old Norton AV is that the Norton AV listed next to each webpage online which pages it rated as safe, but I'm not too confident in its ratings of pages' safety, anyway.
