An epic airborne attack on the top of a jet as it screams through a downtown city. A thrilling skirmish against a frightening Cyclops, who bears a whip for an arm, atop a speeding train. An adrenaline-pumping ascension to the roof of a skyscraper as you duke it out with a demonic dragon, intent on killing you. Bayonetta 2 delivers jaw-dropping battles and insanely intense brawls against daunting adversaries in a climactic sequel to the original Bayonetta action game. From gorgeous cutscenes and arresting set pieces to endless action, this is a game that will have you spending a lot of time on the edge of your seat.To take the action even further, Bayonetta comes to this epic sequel armed with an arsenal of new weapons and abilities. She keeps her enemies under control with amazing moves and torture attacks, including the mighty Umbra Climax, which summons demonic monsters and boosts Bayonetta's attack range. Harness the power of a devastating arsenal with new weapons, including the Kafka, a bow that shoots poisonous arrows, the Rakshasa, a pair of gorgeous katana blades and the Chemobog, a massive rifle-inspired scythe. Bayonetta's fellow Umbra Witch, Jeanne, takes her side in the game as a nonplayable character to enable devastating combination attacks and help her dole out intense punishment for their enemies. Decimate foes with a friend in Tag Climax, a two-player online co-op mode. Earn halos by defeating enemies, wager them in online quick matches and earn hefty sums by coming out on top. Trade in your halos in a story mode shop to unlock brand-new techniques and buy accessories and alternate weapon variations that take your combat skills to the next level. Prove your dominance in battle by earning Stone, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Platinum Plus medals at the end of each chapter that reflect your skill level. Hone your abilities with three levels of gameplay designed to accommodate players of different skill levels, each more challenging than the last. Experience the game in two separate ways — in Normal mode or Touch mode. Normal mode brings back the much-loved technical control scheme introduced by the original Bayonetta game, while Touch mode allows you to use your Nintendo Wii U GamePad controller's touch screen to manipulate Bayonetta's movements, attacks and evasions. You can also pull the on-screen action off of the TV and onto your GamePad. You can even relive the excitement of the first chapter in this epic series with the included original Bayonetta. Get ready for the thrill of the lifetime. Bayonetta has made her return in full force.

Worlds greatest Action Game

I really don't even know where to begin. But I guess I'll start from the beginning.
I tried the first Bayonetta on Xbox a few years ago when it came out. I really didn't know anything about it, and I didn't bother to learn how to use the unbelievably amazing hundreds of combos that the game really expects you to learn, (that are actually easy to learn, but just requires practice). So I didn't finish the first game.
Then Nintendo decided to pay for Platinum to make this game, Platinum is easily the best Action Developer on the planet. They really put a lot of thoughtfulness and creativity in their games. So after I bought this Game (IT COMES WITH THE HD REMASTER OF BAYONETTA 1 for FREE). I decided to start from the beginning. and WOW, is that the BEST decision I have ever made.
Bayonetta is the BEST Action game I have ever played. As someone who owns every single console, I have played pretty much every game, and for some reason, I just keep coming back to Bayonetta even after I beat BOTH games. The fact that you can play through the first and second game at the price of just one game is a STEAL! This game is fantastic. Bayonetta 2, is refined. It pops up in your face, and makes you beg to come back and play it again.
My advice is during loading screens to practice all the combinations they show you. Practice one at a time until you start remembering the timing and when to use them, and the next thing you know, you will be hooked on the game. The Story is funny, and unique, not necessarily revolutionary (really no story is now-a-days anyways). But WOW, this game is reason enough to own a Wii U.
There are many other reasons to buy a Wii U, Smash Bros, Wonderful 101 (another amazing platinum game that becomes even better once you learn the awesome combinations), Zombi U, Mario Kart 8, Super Mario 3D World, Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, Lego City Undercover, Deus Ex, and the list goes on and on and on.
If you are on the fence about this game. JUMP, and pick it up. If you have difficulty learning combos, practice them during the loading screen, it is SO easy to learn, and becomes challenging when you want to master your fighting styles.
Oh and did I mention ONINE CO-OP? Because, there are already tons of reasons to buy this game.
Do yourself a favor and pick up Bayonetta 2, it is by far, the best game released in 2014 that was UNDER-Hyped, I'm looking at you Destiny, Watchdogs, The Crew, etc.
Happy Gaming!

You are Talion, Ranger of the Black Gate. For what seems like eons, you have guarded the entrance to Mordor, keeping watch over Sauron's undisturbed dwelling place with relative uneventfulness. But in the blink of an eye, everything you hold dear is snatched from your grasp. Your family, your friends — even your very life is taken from you in one fell swoop that leaves your soul desolate and filled with an eternal rage. Resurrected by an unforgiving spirit, you have one purpose to your life, one thing that keeps your heart pumping and your mind from giving in to the relentless grief — vengeance. Prepare yourself to embark on a dogged vendetta that calls upon you to fight your way through Mordor and uncover the truth of the spirit who compels you. This epic tale of revenge and redemption transforms you into the most feared force in the land — the Shadow of Mordor.Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor delivers a dynamic game environment where the player orchestrates their personal plan of vengeance as they bend Mordor to their will. The game begins on the night of Sauron's return to Mordor, as his Black Captains brutally execute the Rangers of the Black Gate. Players become Talion, a ranger who loses his family and everything he holds dear, only to be returned from death by a mysterious Spirit of vengeance. Based on the player's actions with the in-game Nemesis System, every enemy encountered is distinct and can evolve to become a personal archenemy through the course of the game. As Talion's personal vendetta unfolds, players uncover the mystery of the Spirit that compels him, discover the origin of the Rings of Power and confront the ultimate nemesis.

Shadow of Mordor is a great game with few flaws

I have thoroughly enjoyed Shadow of Mordor, As it is the type of game that really is satisfying when you complete a great combo. As an action game it is fantastic. The Story, is a little convoluted, but provides a very interesting dynamic about the characters. The Nemesis system is awesome, as I am always looking for a nemesis instead of continuing to play through the story and this has extended my play through.
My issues with the game are minor, but I hope they address them in the future.
1) The feedback in the controller is not very strong. For example, when I play Ryse (similar fighting mechanics) When you go through your combo, you feel like every single hit matters as your controller vibrates based on the power of the hit. Shadow of Mordor for some reason only vibrates slightly which sort of feels anticlimactic when you see this amazing combo play out.
2) Wish there was CO-OP. If you have never played Lord of the Rings the two towers on Xbox or Gamecube, you are missing out on the best co op fighting game I have ever played. The way that each character had specialty moves that you upgraded, and the fighting styles were all satisfying, I was really hoping this game would be able to do that.
If they could play that game again and take the good ideas from that game, and make a solid sequel with all of these improvements I would give this game 5 STARS!
As far as if you should buy this game, YES you should! You do not need to be a Tolkein fan, the story is interesting either way.
Happy Gaming!

Prepare yourself for the next generation in multiplayer gaming, envisioned and brought to life by the co-creators of the mega-successful Call of Duty franchise and Vince Zampella and Jason West, co-founders of Infinity Ward. Get ready for innovative, immersive and awe-inspiring first-person action in an all-new universe that juxtaposes the ideas of small vs. giant, natural vs. industrial and man vs. machine. Choose on which side you fall, arm yourself, and prepare for battle. Explosive combat moments and an entirely new experience are coming your way.Prepare for action like never before as you step into an elevated multiplayer combat experience you have to experience to believe. While maintaining the fast-paced online action that you love, Titanfall introduces the heroic Campaign mode-style set pieces to the multiplayer experience for intense rounds that take you deeper into the game than ever. You have the freedom to choose between becoming an elite assault pilot or fighting your way as an agile, heavily armed, 24' Titan in gigantic-size battles that will get your adrenaline pumping. Titanfall creators studied fundamental combat and movement and provide players with the ability to change tactics on the fly, attacking or escaping depending on the situation, for a more realistic experience. By combining a proven pedigree and long-lasting game-design experience with an entirely new approach to first-person gameplay, Titanfall ushers in the next era of multiplayer gaming action.

Fun Game but lacking some serious features

I have been waiting for Titanfall for quite some time, actually since before I bought my Xbox One. I had high expectations, so high, that I also chose to pre order this on PC as well.
Well, I have been slightly dissapointed in the final product. The game is very fun, but is very limited in terms of not having a stand alone campaign, or Split screen online (Like Call of Duty and Halo), limited maps, and hardly any game modes
listen, for 60 dollars I expect a complete game, I bought plants Vs Zombies:Garden Warfare, and at 40 dollars, I was happy with the purchase even though it was limited in terms of content.
Titanfall really has no excuses as you cannot customize your Titans armor, the name modes, or even your own armor, there are only 15 maps, which is not enough for 60 dollars and then they want to charge you another 30 dollars for maps, it's ridiculous, there are only 5 game modes and this is inexcusable, how is it that COD and Halo have 10 game modes and on top of that offer a 10-12 hour campaign, this game should cost about 40 dollars, because that is how much content we are receiving.
and for not having Offline play, or Split Screen online, I feel like I am getting less for the money I am paying.
As for the game itself, it is a fun game, it feels exactly like Call of Duty, but includes a few bonuses like the jet pack and other support items like invisibility, almost like a limited cross over of Halo and Call of Duty, but the fact that it lacks so much content, and the graphics look like Xbox 360 graphics, I cannot endorse this game as a "Next Gen" game. You can play this on PC or Xbox 360 and have the same experience so it isn't necessarily a must buy.
You will enjoy the game a lot, probably for the first couple of months, but after that it will feel like a shallow experience as multiplayer shouldn't be the only reason someone should play a game, it just loses it's luster if you cannot explore the universe and it's setting.
