I had too much trouble getting the picture frame to show all my pictures. Some were distorted. I connected with 2 different people at Aluratek. One was more helpful, the other never got back to me after I sent him copy of 4 photos so he could see. Which is what he asked for. Never heard from him again. I finally, after no help from Aluratek, took the digital picture frame back to Best Buy. I bought their Insignia 10" frame. Happy.
