I do a lot of field work and this little battery back has enough juice for me to keep my phone charged and keep my Camera charged for two 12hr days of continual use. Plus it's light enough to carry, but if you have a long enough cord it come with a carabiner and you can attach it to your belt loop and backpack.

This is one tough camera. I have dropped it on concrete & asphalt several times already and it really stands up to it. This camera is great for regular close up pictures. The 4x optical zoom just doesn't cut it if you need to zoom in on anything that is over 75ft away. You need to buy the accessories zoom lense for that. Not practical for a ruggedized camera if you ask me. Especially with the way technology is, there is no reason it couldn't have 5x optical and 4x or even 5x digital zoom built in. Because of this I don't recommend this product if you need a ruggedized camera for work purposes like I do. As a person use product I would recommend it.
