If you are looking for an inexpensive tablet with a good size screen for surfing the web, email, facebook, youtube, movies, etc. then this is probably a good option for you.
I like the textured back of the device as it makes it easier to grip and hold (vs. say an iPad that needs a case otherwise it's too easy to slip out of your hands and drop.)
Speakers are fine and front facing in stereo although they are a little tinny given their size, but most of the time I have headphones on when watching movies.
Speed is decent for the price, but don't expect it to be as zippy as a $500 tablet.
The screen only appears to support up to 720p HD (didn't see 1080p as an option on youtube for example.), but is crisp and has a 16:9 layout so movies take up most of the screen.
