Nightmare

Installing this shield was an absolute nightmare. Getting it alingned on the screen was nearly impossible. After getting it lined up and "very" carefully massaging it into place, there were more bubbles than screen. As per the directions I used ample application fluid so the longer this took, the more concerned I was about all this liquid on my iPad. The more I used the squegee the worse it got. I did not want to press for fear of damaging the screen.
Upon returning it to the local store I was told by the clerk (who had to get her manager) that they don't typically take these back. Then she looked at the manager and said "they installed it themselves?" Apparently you can have a Geek Squad rep install it. At no time was this ever conveyed to me and I "did" do store pickup on this item.
I have installed several screen protectors and I have never seen anything like this.
