Not as good as previous models

I like having a cordless phone with extensions, however, this model is not as good as the previous Vtech one I had. This one is thinner, making it less easy to hold and the volume/sound isn't as good, either. When dialing, the phone makes two separate noises for each number dialed, almost like an echo. Wish I had the old model back.
I would recommend this to a friend!
