Whisk kept falling off when using it.

I always wanted one, bought 2, 1 was a gift for my daughter. The first time I used it to mix cake batter, the whisk piece kept falling off into the bowl. I reattached thinking I didn't have it on right, but it kept falling off as I tried to use it.
Washed it and returned both.
