Do you have to purchase this again yearly or is it a one time purchase?
One time only. However, every year a new release comes up which is usually better than the previous one. You can install a new release without removing the previous ones. I still use release 13 for some things while using #15 for things which require more editing elements. A very good program indeed. For a reasonable price. I can do awesome things with it.
