Dry and straighten hair with less damage

I was very excited to try this new technology for styling my hair. I am constantly using a blow dryer and a flat iron because I like my hair straight (my natural hair is curly), so I was happy to find a method of straightening it with less damage. It works really great on my hair! My sister also tried it out, and it worked well, although it took more time because she has longer and curlier hair. In comparison to the blow dryer or flat iron, however, I would say it takes slightly less time. This dryer works like a vacuum: it suctions your hair, but you have to separate it in small sections. You don't need to use a brush like with the other hair dryers. I pass it through my hair a few times - around five times per section - from all the way up to the roots.
It is important to note the size of this air dryer. It is big and heavy, which is the only thing I don't really like about it. It is not something you can take anywhere, but it works great if you are going to keep it in a fixed place. Another thing to keep in mind is that it has many parts to it, and it's very different from a typical hair dryer. Once you get the hang of it, though, it is a great way to style your hair so that it won't damage with so much heat. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and pleased to have tried it out!

Great computer for school

As a student, having a reliable laptop is a must. This is my first Acer laptop, but I decided to try it out because it seemed like it would fit my needs. The set-up was quick and simple - I was done syncing it to my existing account and phone within minutes (You do have to download an app to link up to your phone). I also enjoy the touch-screen feature! The laptop is quite big, but it's not as heavy as I thought it would be considering it's size. I do like the big screen, though, because it allows me to have a clear view when working on any projects and for entertainment when I am watching videos or movies. I was very excited when I saw that the laptop comes with a focus feature which you can connect to your Microsoft To-Do list and Spotify account. This feature is a timer that you set for a “focus session” so that you can get your tasks done and avoid distractions for a period of time. I find this method of working/studying to be super effective and it feels so rewarding when I am able to finish things that I need to do. Moreover, the laptop has a long battery-life and I also love how lengthy the charger is! It comes with more than enough memory space to store various files, presentations, and videos. I do wish the volume of the laptop was a little louder, but it quickly connects to my speaker via Bluetooth so that I can play music/movies on it and enjoy a large screen and sufficient volume. Overall, I am happy with how easy it is to use and with all the great features it comes with.

Easy to use and convenience of in app recipes

This air fryer is a healthier way to cook food, especially traditionally cooked with a lot of oil. With it, cooking requires very little to almost no cooking oil, and you can even make it better by using healthier oils, like olive or avocado. The Cosori has many functions on the front panel, making cooking more effortless. For the presets button, turn on the unit, select the preset needed, adjust temperature and time, and press start. Also, if you are using the app (smart Wi-Fi) following the recipe (with video clips of each step), you can choose via smartphone when to start and end; you get a notification of the cooking process. My favorite preset/option is to make bacon because it gets cooked evenly without being burnt, and you don’t have to worry about oil splashing everywhere. Any oil in the air fryer keeps contained, so there is no more messy stove top. The external dimension, 10.75-inch wide x 12-inch height x 12-inch depth, does make this product convenient to store and use over any countertop. The measurement of the inner basket is 9 in x 9 in x 3.5in. The power cord is long enough, 3 feet long, to reach most kitchen plugs. Cleaning the outer and inner baskets is easy with regular dish soap and water. To make it easier for the cleaning process, I reheat the dirty empty baskets for a couple of minutes, and all the burnt food items/greasy come out very quickly with paper towels. And then I wash it with soap and water.
I also tried making “fried” sweet plantains - a favorite in my home - and it turned out so good!! I cut the plantains into slices, put them in the air fryer, and added just a bit of oil. I shook it once to let them thoroughly cook, and they were ready within minutes! I loved it because it saved me time and oil. Overall, this is a good air fryer with a feature that works with a smartphone to help you cook healthier food with easy-to-follow recipes. In the long run, you will be healthier and save money from eating out and using less oil for cooking meals.

Very good precision trimming

This Norelco 7000 is a perfect multi-groom device for the face, head, and body. It has a dual-cut blade that is great for maximum precision grooming and functions as a self-sharpening. The stainless steel handle feels good on your hand, with rubber on the grip end. The primary metal trimmer attachment works for face and body trimming needs. For head trimming, it comes with an extra wide trimming attachment to help capture more hair for each stroke. The kit has a quarter-inch steel precision trimmer attachment for detailed styles and type laces. All the plastic guards are strong and don’t bend easily to ensure safety and even trim every time. I like cleaning this multi-groom because the trimmer and all the attachments are faucet washable. Additional accessories include the nose and ear trimmer, a small cleaning brush, a storage bag, and a USB-A charging cable. The kit does not include the charging adapter, but most homes have at least one from other devices or mobile phones. The lithium-ion battery is good since it gives about five (5) hours of cordless use. The trimmer can’t be used while it is plugged in (charging). This Norelco multi-groom is impressive, with premium quality and precision trimming. The blades are sharp, and I can feel them because it trims smoothly. Overall, this multi-groom is simple to use, quality made, and does a great job at trimming.

Great print quality and speed

This tank inkjet printer exceeds my expectations for quality, quantity, and speed printing. Installing the software/app, doing the setup, and filling the tank reservoir with the four ink colors were easy, and it took less than 30 minutes. The ink refill bottles are color-coded and designed only to fit the correct ink color, with no chance of mixing colors. The small and straightforward control panel is not a touch-screen control.
Printing in black/white and color is high quality with sharp and detailed pints. If you use photo paper, your images come out looking very nice. I have used matte and gloss paper; all pictures come without smears. There are no smudge prints, even photo prints. The back feeding tray accepts standard-size paper and most envelopes.
I have used it for some time and have had no connection or print issues. After many prints, the ink level on the tanks is still very high. Being an All-In-One printer, it is surprising that it is small and very lightweight, which is excellent if you need to move it around. I am glad I got this high-quality ink tank reservoir and fast printer.

The machine is a good all-in-one printer, scanner, and fax is suitable for any small business or home office. It is a Brother Inkvestment Tank, designed for economical printing in black/white and color prints. It is a significant saving, especially for large-volume printing. The flatbed scanner is 17in x 15in, more prominent than other types of all-in-one printers. You get all the inks needed to use the printer right out of the box, of course, except the print paper. It takes the unit about 3 minutes to get the ink from the cartridges to the tank reservoir. Connection is via Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and NFC (for guests/visitors), allowing printing from any computer or mobile device. The app for the printer has a simple design and an extremely friendly and easy to use.
The print quality is good, and the output speed is reasonably quick, with crisp and sharp prints without smudges. Scanning options available are the large flatbed and the top feeder tray. Complete DIY Security System with Monitoring

SimpliSafe is a popular DIY home security system with indoor and outdoor cameras and 24 hours/7-day monitoring service. I had a traditional BASIC (without cameras) home security monitoring service with another company, but I discontinued the service because they wanted to increase the price and wanted a 3-year contract. I am glad that SimpliSafe is a better option because it provides the same monitoring service and uses a camera for video verification, reducing false alarms almost to zero. The monitoring response center uses the video verification option to view live video to confirm an actual security issue to provide a quicker response to the first responder. They only have video access if there is an alarming activity to view the area and determine if it is a false or actual emergency.
The other company uses cellular to communicate with the base station. SimpliSafe uses my home internet and has cellular backup, so there will be no security interruption. The best part about SimpliSafe is that there is no contract commitment, and I can cancel and restart my monitoring service anytime. They have three types of service with different prices. (1) Interactive monitoring plus video evidence to verify the alarm. (2) Standard provides monitoring but does not verify if an alarm is real. (3) Self Monitoring with Camera Recording, notifying users of the system alerts, plus 30-days of video footage for all your cameras. This security system package includes everything to replace my older system except for the smoke detector (sold separately). Additional devices and sensors: like smoke, CO, smart lock, water sensor, temperature, extra loud siren, and video doorbell,which are all sold separately and may be added to the system and controlled by the SimpliSafe app/control panel. For my system, I will purchase two smoke detectors, two water sensors to protect against flood damage and an additional siren.
This system is 100% DIY, and the installation is easy. All devices come with sticky pads that are strong enough for easy placement. Excellent Heat/Motion Detection Technology

This security camera with floodlight is good and has exceptional motion/heat detection technology. The security camera is 65 feet away from my router, and the Wi-Fi connectivity works very well. The lights are 2600 lumen brightness, are very powerful, and are dimmable if you which to decrease brightness. The 4K video is excellent, and the color night vision gives a good image. The angle of view is 115° wide, which is more than what I need in my front door entrance. This wide angle of view makes this floodlight ideal for placement on the sides of buildings or houses. The device lights up large areas very well. The device uses motion and heat trigger sensing, which makes the detection work all the time. This TrueDetect technology avoids alerts and recording of moving tree branches or leaves. All important activities always get recorded, and I receive instant alerts via the app.
One can set the floodlights' intensity level and have the siren produce a sound. With the app, you also have the option to turn on/off the floodlight and the siren. The talk and listen 2-way audio is great for greeting guests or warning intruders.
The 2-way talk feature has a decent volume, and I can hear all noise from the camera's mic. For the most part, I will use my smart doorbell camera to speak to people at my front door instead of this device.
A smartphone or tablet controls the security camera; not sure if it is accessible through a website. Local via a 32GB Micro SD card and cloud storage (optional for additional charges). There is a monitoring service for an additional charge as well. The design and adjustable lights heads and camera made this device easy to install and adjust it. I did a ceiling mount using a recessed light converter kit on an existing recessed light. It took me about 20 to attach the recessed light converter and install the Swann floodlight security camera. Overall, I am satisfied with the security camera, super strong lights, good image quality, and excellent heat/motion detector. I like the simplified app; not complicated to pair and use.

It has been over 15 years since I used dedicated editing software, and I am glad I have now started editing photos again using Adobe Photoshop Element. I don’t need high-end photo editing, so this product works perfectly. I use it at work and for some school projects. It is straightforward to use, and you can learn more by watching online videos that teach how to use its editing tools/features. My favorite holiday season editing is the Guided edits, the “Peak Through Overlay,” in which one can add an illusion of depth of feel with a peak through the overlay. Some of the overlays in the program that can be added to two or more corners of your images are leaves, flowers, branches with snow, Christmas tree branches with covered snow, fall leaves, and string light. I edited one of my sample photos with fall leaves overlays on top corners, added a blur, and applied a vignette. A fun editing Guide is the “Pattern Effect,” which allows patterns to be added to images, such as hearts, stars, sparkles, swirls, leaves, clouds, clouds, and dog footprint clip art. A nice feature that I like is the moving elements, which allow the ability to do some animation in images. With just a few clicks, one selects an area to add motion, e.g., sky, background, or manual selection, the program does a good job selecting an area, but you might want to add some missed ones by refining the selection add or subtract. Lastly, you click and drag the cursor on the image to specify the desired direction of the motion. If you selected the sky/ cloud as the animation, the effect would be moving clouds. If you like the result, export the image as an MP4 video. Photoshop Element is excellent if you want a fast and easy editing program with many options. The program runs well and loads images reasonably fast. Overall, I am satisfied with this new editing software.

Great versatile camera

In the past, I used to be an amateur photographer and devoted a lot of time to artistic, events, and personal photography. Knowledgeable with single-lens reflex (SLR) cameras, my favorite devices were Canon. They make high-quality devices that always give you the best images. After 15 years, those devices still work, and I can still use them to produce high-quality images. In any event, one drawback of being a photographer is that you are not fully involved in the event because your eyes are focused on the viewfinder or just looking to capture joyful moments. Now, this cute and robotic-like looking Canon PowerShot Pick does help anyone who likes to take pictures and at the same time be involved with what is happening. It is fully automated; it moves 360° from side to side and up/down to get different views and orientations. It has artificial intelligence (AI) to catch the incredible and lively moments happening. It does a great job looking at and detecting faces, movements, and actions, and it records various images to capture them.
All of the features make this camera versatile. If you are going out with friends or family, you can set it in the center, like the coffee table, and it will do its own thing to capture joyful moments. If you are an online influencer (content creator), for videos and photos, the device tracks your facial reactions, follows your around, and is voice-activated.
Set-up is quick and easy using the Canon MiniPTZ app. The device connects to a smartphone, tablet, or computer using BlueTooth or Wi-Fi. The app lets you live view, download images or video from the Pick to your mobile phone/table, move the camera around and adjust settings. The image and audio quality are good. There is no light or flash on the camera. It is battery-operated and portable but is not water-resistant. The base of the device has a tripod socket which allows it to mount on a tripod and top a DSLR camera shot shoe slot using a tripod screw to hot shoe adapter. It will also work with a point-and-shoot camera with a hot shoe slot. While photo-taking with your primary camera, the Pick will simultaneously give you images or videos of a different perspective of an event. This option is excellent for weddings, quinceaneras, or other important events. As a dedicated photographer, having this device on top of your primary camera will give your more options for your clients. It uses USB-C charging port, which is excellent for the environment and handles fast charging, which is a big time saver.

Why I see this tv offered to me at 479.00 and when I clicked on it has a 599 price instead??????
This has happened to me and I think this might be your reason why you see a different price. Sometimes BestBuy does offer a different price but the tradeoff is that it is an open box item. When a product has an available open box, it will show you the different prices. Sometimes availability of an open box depends on your location; it looks like they do open-boxes within a certain distance from your location. So, if you are doing a search on BestBuy.com for a particular product and the browser has a different zip code (auto fills the zip code) other than your location it will give you the price for the wrong location. Once you enter your correct zip code at checkout (or before) it will change or state that it is not available. I live in Florida and many times my browser sometimes gives a zip code from different states, like NY or NH.
Another possibility is that an Open-item was available when you started doing your search and just before deciding to checkout it is no longer available because had already bought it online or in the store. Nowadays, many stores are fulfilling their online purchase with their own store inventory, not from a warehouse.

Is this speaker drop proof
The top and bottom sides of the speaker are made of a hard plastic material which probably breaks easily. It is not insulated by any silicon or rubber type material, the bottom has some rubber but that is to prevent skids. So, I will not think that they can hand a heavy drop, maybe from a table to floor distance but I would be careful.

Can you plug in and use with a nano iPod?
This speaker is completely wireless, there is no iPod connection port and not even for the regular AUX connection. The connection to this speaker is through Bluetooth. If your nano iPod has Bluetooth, then should not have an issue connecting it.

I have seen these in white but I am not sure if this store sales them in that color. White is a very nice color but if it will handle a lot to move it from place to place the cloth-like material surround the speaker might get dirty and not stay white. This is just like white vehicle compares to a darker color vehicle, you will see them dirty more quickly. If you get white and you want to clean the side, then this will be no issue because these speakers are water-resistant.

Yes, It should work fine. I watch online movies using my laptop connect with an HDMI cable to my TV or my projector. It works fine. You might have an issue with screen size and resolution, but this is a temporary fix to be able to use your laptop with a damaged monitor. My laptop only has the newer USB connection but NO HDMI so I use an adaptor which allows me to connect an HDMI cable to my laptop. See image.
