I have a limousine service and I have three of these cameras in use in one vehicle. I have one set up as a back up cam with an Alpine head unit. Offers great field of view and very clear. I have the second camera set up as a closed circuit TV for the rear passenger compartment of the limo, works great in low light. The third is set up as a dash cam and wired to a 12v DVR. records excellent real time imaging, great for reviewing drivers activities and incidents.

Various applications are vehicle specific. Some vehicles have two choices depending if you have a factory amplifier or premium sound system. Unit offers basic power and speaker options for an aftermarket radio. If you have steering wheel controls for your factory radio an additional vehicle specific interface will be required.

What's the best radio/cd/Bluetooth for 2003 convertible mustang?

You will want something with ambient sound or noise canceling ability. This will allow for "Surrounding" noises to be suppressed while operating a bluetooth phone while the convertible top is down. You may also consider having the installer place the microphone in a place where wind noise will be minimized.
