I love cappuccino's and was very excited to have this machine. My first one stopped frothing the milk after 4 months so I returned it and got another one (always get the warranty from Best Buy with electronic purchases). So far the second one is working great but it's only been 2 months. I did learn that you need to clean the frother with each use (which is just holding down a button and letting the machine push water through it). That MAY have been my problem with the first one.
Having to buy the pods are not a big deal for me. You can do it through an app on your smartphone or from Amazon. Cappuccino is a treat for me so I don't go through a ton of pods. This was a little luxury item I purchased and I am enjoying it!!

Want to give it 5 stars but.....

I have small ears so these are a little uncomfortable. I've tried changing the earbud pieces but haven't found anything that works well yet (open to suggestions). Other than that I love these. They sound great and connect reliably. I did have to YouTube how to use them and how to put them together but it's not difficult.
