Fast, well built, and big inside

Replaced a bisque Kitchen Aid convection range with this one. This is much roomier inside, and can put a big round pizza stone inside and close the door all the way now (couldn't on the old KA) Preheat is super fast. Only minor annoyance that took getting used to is that it automatically reduces your set temp by 25 deg when you choose convection. I am so used to manually picking my temps on my old convection KA, that I am having to update my recipies, or just add 25 deg when I use convection, heh heh. So far we are very happy with this range.

When I buy a phone, first and foremost, the PHONE functions need to be top notch. When I buy a SmartPhone, I know there will inevitably be some compromises.
The Note4 compromise is the size. You might feel a bit self conscious holding a small tablet to your head to talk on your phone. Personally, I use a Plantronics M-50 or my cars Bluetooth at all times and never hold mine to my ear, so it is just fine for me. The big screen and long battery life with fast CPU make it all worth it for me, but I'm a road warrior.
If you find the size objectionable, the S-5 is probably more than enough for most people.
The Note 4 phone functions are stellar and the O/S is solid. I wish they wouldn't push the app updates so hard and so often, I'm always afraid of a bad update, but so far so good.

Good, but not huge jump from Ipad2

I've had my Ipad 2 for a while, and got the itch for the improved processor and screen of the new model. I figured the new CPU and extra pixels plus the improved hd camera should justify the upgrade.
Well, the CPU is a little faster for some applications, but not hugely noticable. As to the screen, to be honest, for web browsing and looking at pictures or text, I can't see the difference, even when put side by side with my wifes Ipad 2 (still own a 2, and probably will keep it now).
When browsing, Safari must do some intelligent resizing, because it still shows everything at the same size as the Ipad 2. This is actually a good thing, I half expected to have to zoom more with the higher res screen, which could have been a pain. The only time I see a difference in the graphics is when pulling up a youtube vid and selecting the 1080P HD. Then it takes on a very crisp higher resolution look. This is the only place I've found it looks better than the Ipad 2.
This is not a knock on apple. I guess you can take this 2 ways, either the Ipad 2 was really ahead of its time and hard to improve on, or the new model is just a bit over hyped for your average user who is just going to use it to check email and casually surf the web from their livingroom couch or on the road while leaving the heavy lifting to their desktop unit.
If your a first time buyer, might as well get the newest model, if you already own an Ipad 2, (which they still sell if that tells you anything) then I guess as an entertainment unit, people who watch a lot of video or play a lot of high res games might enjoy the upgrade to the 4.
