Connect on your terms: Affordable plans. No contract. Reliable network. The H2O Wireless SIM card offers the best of all worlds providing support as well as freedom to adjust. H2O’s SIM starter kit is the gateway. It includes a 3-in-1 (Triple) SIM Card with standard, micro, and nano sizes to fit unlocked phones. Just activate the SIM online at h2owirelessnow.com and select an unlimited plan. The SIM card automatically configures your H2O data settings. Need help? Support is available.

H2O Wireless is AWFUL!!

I am not a person that writes many bad reviews but if I can save one person from choosing this company for their wireless service it’s worth it. To make a VERY VERY LONG story short, we switched to H2O for the AT&T backbone and to avoid fees. To start, their website is vague and tells you almost nothing about all the features you lose on your iPhone when you switch to them (no more FaceTime, audio/video files cannot be sent via iMessage, etc). They also don’t tell you that you need to configure your phone for cellular data after you are activated! WHAT????? We had no service save for WiFi. Then the real fun began when I decided after the FIRST DAY to just cut my loses and move directly to AT&T. After MANY trips into a local AT&T store to switch over from H2O the verdict was that H2O was holding our numbers for ransom. We have 3 phones. The first one ported over with no issues. The other two were placed on a hold by H2O. We were told we needed to be with H2O for at least a week by their (ONLY??) rep. He said “the system” wouldn’t release the numbers and there was nothing he could he could do. When I asked him why the first number ported fine he had no answer and kept saying it was “the system”. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he said he was the only one there. Is this a one-person company?? So the other two numbers were held hostage until the next week. How is that even legal?? I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND not EVER choosing this company for any reason.
