Still gimmick.

Google Assistant keeps improving but frankly it is still a gimmick. You will quickly find yourself trained to use the product not the product learned from you. Sound quality is okay for casual music listening and the microphone picks up your voice at a quite distance (say 20ft, line of sight is partially obstructed by wall). Selection in Google play music and YouTube are not very good for international users yet.
But still, it is fun and sometimes very convenient to do hands free operations. That's a gimmick.

This one was for my wife who mostly wanted to use it for web surfing and she is very satisfied by the quality of the chromebook. I mean, just for her purpose. I tried to install some android apps but the support for the native android app for this particular model is planned but not there (as of Sep 2017).

Easily enjoy a beverage with this GE CYE22TSHSS counter-depth French door refrigerator, which features an external dispenser that provides cubed and crushed ice and hot and cold water. The color LCD touch controls make operation easy.

A solid refrigerator

We got it because a brand new LG instaview refrigerator had a bad plastic smell/taste in dispensed water and bad taste was not an issue that I can get a service. Thanks to BestBuy return/exchange policy, we moved on to this GE. After flushing the amount of water in the manual, the water tastes good! What a relief!
This particular model comes with hot water dispenser and touch control panel. The hot water dispenser is okay in a pinch but I wonder whether it actually first boils the water then cool down to the target temperature. Touch control panel is bare minimum and the quality of panel is not top notch. Precision water filling is also very handy when I brew tea/coffee and preparing ramen.
All in all, this is a solid refrigerator and I can comfortably recommend. Compared to the LG, the build quality is somewhat lower (e.g., the gap between handle and door) but we really fed up with LG customer service and the bad taste water.
