Like most electronic and home improvement purchases, my husband and I turned to Best Buy. We bought this thermostat and purchased the install too. **BIG MISTAKE!!** I had to miss work to be there for the appointment window (which is fine), but then they no showed me. I was furious- called the store, they didn't care. Called the 800 # they gave me that connected me to China, they didn't care. Plus I had to hold for 25+ minutes each time. When I returned the thermostat and install at the store they were going to research it and get back to me- still waiting. Truly the most disappointing customer service experience of my life. Do not purchase!!!!
