I'm not especially fond of Jake Gyllenhaal although he does well in this movie. The characters are easy to care about and the story is thoroughly enjoyable. Although there are very sad moments there are also plenty of laughs to be had.

This is not in the main series although that means basically nothing since none of them follow the same characters or even occur in the same worlds with the few actual sequels being exceptions. That said the job system in this game is a lot of fun to mess around with and you'll find if you set up your characters correctly you will kill most enemies in 1-2 rounds, sometimes even bosses. The story is very compelling (I won't include spoilers) and it's interesting to see small hints at what's to come if you pay attention. Of particular interest is the way you can see different events in the story depending on what exactly you do in-game. The collector's edition is pretty cool. It comes with some nice AR cards, the soundtrack, and an art book. I specifically bought this for the swag and am very happy with it all.
An expensive hobby but the figures look cool (most do anyway, some are perhaps debatable) and the games are fun. You don't have to buy any extra figures to finish the story as you could probably do that with just one of the figures in the starter set but you need to get at least one figure for each element if you want to access every area as well as one figure of each movement type (symbol on the base of the swap force characters).

This has several pockets which allow for easy storage and carrying of many different accessories. In addition to my laptop and charger (obviously) and the documentation for the laptop I am able to carry a standard-sized wireless mouse, portable hard drive (in a protective shell), a wired XBox 360 controller, a 1.25" thick CD case, a set of portable speakers, and a memory card reader and I still have lots of room left.
