Lots of trouble

I had nothing but trouble with the My Book. After contacting WD and trying the things they suggested, it still wouldn't work. I had paid for Geek Squad protection but was informed that the Geek Squad would have to come to my house (at my expense) to test it. I ended up returning it (Best Buy gave me a full refund) and I bought a different brand of external hard drive.
