Great Product but issues with Purchase at Store

Corporate did price match from competition. Went to East Hanover Store and Store Manager (Mike) refused to honor recycle promotion and re-rang up purchase without special ink promotion also. Corporate made the price corrections for the recycle promotion and I went to another Best Buy in Rockaway and Lisa added the ink promotion that should have been part of the original purchase. Will not do business with Best Buy in East Hanover ever again. Lisa in Rockaway was great. Excellent customer service from Lisa and Best Buy Corporate...they fixed 2 purchases and 2 promotions that East Hanover Store Manager (Mike) did not/could not/would not.....not sure what the problem was? He and Corporate had helped me with problems I had with major appliance purchases that had delivery and installation problems and damage a few months ago. He was very helpful then but not his best recently with a few transaction promotions and warranty issues. Thank goodness for Corporate and Best Buy Rockaway.

Great job by Frigidaire Corp. and Lisa at Best Buy in Rockaway NJ. I love the microwave but the turntable was defective. Lisa worked with Frigidaire to get a replacement in 1 day. Another Best Buy location could not/would not work with Frigidaire, including the Store Manager for 3 weeks. Frigidaire called another Best Buy close to me (Lisa at Rockaway) and Lisa got it done.

Keep cool with this stand fan that features 5 speed settings and oscillation to cover a wide area. Control the fan with the remote or the easy touch display. The convenient auto shut-off timer can be set to turn off the fan after 1, 2, 4 or 8 hours.
