These are very comfortable and sound great. Noise canceling is the best especially on a plane. The only cons are obviously the price and the fact you cant add things like bass or customize the sound. The wireless is great. I have a different brand for working out (Jaybirds) only because the Bose buds to me are not that great (Comfort or Sound). Best sounding buds I have found but not for working out are Klipsch.

Do these headphones have a lot of hissing noise when using them in already quiet environment, such as if you were studying in your room. And are they worth the price over the QC 25's?

no hissing. worth the price, yes but not if you are using them for working out.
