We live in an area where neither cable or satellite tv or wi-fi service is available. Our wi-fi service comes from a small local server. As long as we were in the same room with the router we could get service. No service upstairs, or even our main floor master. We purchased two of these extenders. Put one upstairs and one in the main floor. They are GREAT, we now have internet service both upstairs and all thru our main level. All you need to do is plug them in, very easy.

We were blown away, and are still amazed every time we use it as to how much "stuff" and dirt this pick up. We use it on carpet, wood floors and ceramic. I have also used the attachment for under appliance to clean my dryer vent. Wish i had gone bagless before now.

Nice to only have to replace the black ink on my printer since I rarely use color to print. Cartridge seems to last a long time and gives adequate notice when running low so if you need to get a new cartridge you have time to get to the store before running out of ink.

Very compact, light weight, hardly noticeable. Ran perfectly the first time, no error messages or difficulties in playing a DVD. Husband likes the variety of programming offered from the main screen.
Only issue we ran into was in the set up. If you use any capital letters in your router password you need to go back to the shift arrow and take it out of capital mode. Once you shift the uppercase arrow it is like a caps lock button and does not automatically go back to lower case. We happen to use several capitals and didn't realize it didn't not shift back to lower case. Got an error message after our initial set up and had to go back and re-enter the password, shifting down after each capital letter. Very easy installation.

What's great about it: Variety of offerings (Netflix, variety of other programming) on screen. Great picture. Not too difficult to set up.
What's not so great: When you are entering your password doesn't automatically go back to lower case after shifting to upper case
